Everything you need to know before, during, and after your order.
Payment & orders
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Venmo. All transactions are processed securely.
Yes — Shop Pay Installments lets you split your order into 4 interest-free payments. Select Shop Pay at checkout and choose the installment option. Available on eligible orders.
No. All OW orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — import duties and customs fees are covered by us. You will never receive an unexpected charge at the door. Local sales taxes may apply in certain regions and will be shown clearly at checkout.
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at hello@owcollection.com or via Instagram. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If nothing is there, contact us at hello@owcollection.com with your name and the email address used at checkout and we will resend it promptly.
Returns & refunds
You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. All original tags must be attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time. We recommend using a tracked service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse. Please keep your tracking number until your refund has been confirmed.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Your refund will then be issued to your original payment method within a further 2–3 business days depending on your bank. You will receive a confirmation email when it has been processed.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. If you are concerned about a style selling out, we recommend placing the new order first — both processes can run simultaneously.
Sizing & fit
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. Our models' height and the size they are wearing are listed on every product to help you gauge fit and proportion. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit, or sizing down for a more sculpted silhouette.

Products & care
Both. Our collection includes pieces made from genuine fur (such as Tibetan lamb fur) as well as high-quality faux fur. The material is always clearly stated in the product description on each individual product page. We are committed to full transparency on all materials used.
Care instructions are listed on each product page and on the garment label. Genuine fur pieces require specialist dry cleaning. Upon receiving a fur jacket, hang it in a well-ventilated space and shake lightly to restore the natural texture. Store away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. For all other garments, follow the care label to preserve quality and longevity.
Some styles are restocked; others are produced in limited quantities and may not return. If a style you love is sold out in your size, you can sign up to be notified directly on the product page — simply select your size and click "Notify me when available." You'll receive an email as soon as it's back in stock.
We photograph all pieces under controlled studio lighting to represent colors as accurately as possible. Screen calibrations vary, so there may be slight differences in person. If color accuracy matters for your order, contact us — we are happy to provide additional images or a more detailed description of any piece.
