Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping from our warehouses in North America and Europe.

We partner with leading couriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL, and in some regions we work with select local partners to ensure smooth delivery.

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. In rare cases, slight delays from carriers or customs may occur.

All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — import duties are fully covered, so there are no surprise fees on delivery. Please note that local sales taxes may still apply and will be shown clearly at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Order changes

If you need to update or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@owcollection.com or via Instagram. We'll always do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that once your order has entered processing, we're unable to make changes — but our team is always here to help find the best possible solution.
