Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

SECTION 3 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DUTIES

We ship worldwide, with orders fulfilled from our warehouses in the United States and Denmark, depending on product availability and destination.

All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis whenever possible. This means import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in your order and covered by OW Collection at the time of shipping — so you will not be asked to pay additional charges upon delivery.

In rare cases where local regulations prevent us from shipping DDP, customers may be responsible for duties or taxes. If this applies, it will be clearly communicated before checkout.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, though delays caused by carriers or customs may occasionally occur.

SECTION 4 – RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details on how to return an item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

EU Right of Withdrawal: If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please submit your request via our Right of Withdrawal page. Please note that return shipping costs in connection with a withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued in accordance with applicable EU consumer law once the returned items have been received and inspected.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice.
